FLEX Staffing & Recruiting represents a prestigious boutique law firm in Atlanta that is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic and growing practice. This firm is recognized for its sophisticated approach to complex business disputes and its high-caliber client base across industries such as real estate, construction, employment, and commercial contracts.
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned litigator who not only thrives in the courtroom but also brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for client development. The firm strongly rewards attorneys with the drive and skill to bring in new business through a highly competitive origination compensation structure.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, independent commercial litigator with 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience — someone capable of managing complex cases from inception through trial preparation with minimal supervision.
This position is best suited for an attorney who already maintains an active book of business and is looking for a platform that values and compensates origination and growth. The firm offers the resources and flexibility to help you deepen client relationships and expand your portfolio in a supportive, collaborative environment.
A judicial clerkship (federal or state appellate level) is considered a strong plus and will be viewed favorably, reflecting a candidate’s proven analytical and writing excellence.
J.D. from an accredited law school; active Georgia Bar membership in good standing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, ideally including real estate, construction, employment, and contract disputes.
Proven ability to manage litigation independently — from pleadings to depositions to trial preparation.
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships; an existing book of business is required.
Exceptional legal writing, strategic thinking, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial drive to expand the firm’s client base.
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
This is not your typical large-firm environment. The firm offers the sophistication and caliber of big-firm practice in a lean, entrepreneurial boutique setting — one that emphasizes autonomy, transparency, and reward for performance.
This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who:
Has a book of business and wants a firm that truly values and compensates client origination.
Enjoys practicing law in a collegial, high-performance environment.
Values flexibility, independence, and direct access to decision-makers.
Wants to grow into a leadership or equity-track role within a boutique practice.
Appreciates being part of a team that emphasizes results, integrity, and innovation.
Here, your ability to attract and retain clients directly contributes to your professional advancement and financial success. The firm recognizes that rainmaking is both an art and a discipline — and it rewards that skill accordingly.
